The hotel was PERFECT, location was awesome to archeological sites, delicious breakfast. The room was stylish and spotless and there were facilities, including central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV.

The location here was gorgeous, with easy access to the stunning Adriatic coast 🏖️. You can also find the local beach club and Lecce on Degli Ammirati right nearby, as well as the dining and reception areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with immaculate rooms and dining areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful swimming pool and plenty of areas to sit and relax. The location was perfect, and we were able to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing tailored and professional service. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We were also lucky enough to be there during the annual making of the Passata for Puglia, which added a special touch to our stay in the Suite della Chiesa.

Great location, tucked away but still close to surrounding towns like Lecce, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Matera. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Adriatic coast! 🏖️

The complementary breakfasts and the tea were lovely. We enjoyed the fact that they serve fresh fruits and different types of cereals, as well as pastries and cakes which we indulged in. Secondly, the location was convenient for us as we were able to easily access nearby towns and attractions. We especially enjoyed visiting the beautiful beaches in the area, they were magnificent. Lastly, we appreciated the cozy environment and the friendly staff, who made us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay.

Our stay was not entirely pleasant. The room that we booked was small and cramped, which made us feel uncomfortable and unable to relax.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Masseria Salinola. The suite was cozy with a fireplace to warm up the rainy days. The homemade breakfast was a delightful mix of sweet and savory treats. And the staff's attention to detail made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at a luxury Masseria. Beds and pillows were heavenly, pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Food was outstanding with a great wine selection. Breakfast omelette was no problem. Amazing cooking classes recommended.

stayed at a beautiful farmhouse-turned-inn in Ostuni, and Masseria Salinola exceeded our expectations. Daniele, the host, gave us a warm welcome, and the staff were gracious and attentive throughout our stay. The room, a converted granary, was spectacular with its vaulted ceilings and traditional decor. The food was inventive and delicious, sourced locally. A truly unique and memorable experience.
